Biography
Dr. Benjamin Maser is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his compassionate, patient-first approach and over 20 years of experience in the field. A Palo Alto native, Dr. Maser is proud to have served the community where he grew up, including two decades at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF), where he practiced alongside his father, also a plastic surgeon, until his father’s retirement in 2015.
Dr. Maser believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients. He takes the time to understand each person’s goals and concerns, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical journey.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in general and plastic surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, followed by advanced fellowship training in hand and microvascular surgery at UCLA.
Dr. Maser brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every procedure, combining surgical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care.
