Biography
Stanford Trained, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Fascinated by the interplay of art and science within the field of plastic surgery, Dr. Weston fell in love with the specialty. She completed her plastic surgery training at Stanford and spent one year in a focused craniofacial and aesthetic surgery fellowship in Paris, France. Now, after more than 25 years, her practice balances surgical and non-surgical procedures that enhance the face, breast and body. She enjoys helping people feel better about themselves and revels in the growing number of non-invasive procedures that can improve patients’ appearances, just as an artist relishes the potential of a new assortment of paints and brushes.
Dr. Weston was instrumental in forming the Women Plastic Surgeons Committee of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She served as chair of the ASPS Ethics Committee and the ASPS Judicial Council and spent a year as President of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Stanford Medical Alumni Association and Interplast (now ReSurge), a volunteer plastic surgery organization whose mission is to bring reconstructive plastic surgery to under-developed countries. She is currently on the Board of Trustees of TheatreWorks Silicon Valley.
Dr. Weston is married to Dr. Jan Horn, a trauma surgeon and ICU specialist in San Francisco. They have two grown children.
