How It Works

Laser hair removal in Menlo Park

What Can I Expect?

Sessions

Most clients require a series of six laser hair removal sessions to achieve the results they’re after. Laser energy can destroy only the hair follicles that are in the active growth phase, so multiple treatments are required to adequately treat all hairs.

Over time, silky, stubble-free skin is achieved. Laser hair removal is approved by the FDA as permanent hair reduction.

touch-up treatments

Occasional touch-up treatments to treat hair follicles that are no longer dormant may be required.  It is important to note that laser hair removal is ineffective on vellus hairs (AKA “peach fuzz”).
