Most patients look great immediately after the procedure when they see the effect of the added volume. Unfortunately, the volumization disappears within 2 or 3 days while the Sculptra starts working on a cellular level. Downtime is primarily associated with bruising and swelling. Bruises that result from the injections can last up to 1 week or more. Members have access to the Vbeam laser which can help bruises disappear more quickly and staff can help you with camouflage make-up if requested.

Occasionally swelling may linger in the area beneath your eyes, giving your lower lids a puffy appearance. This will resolve over a week or two.
