Consultation

Procedure
In the office, we use a local anesthetic to numb the treatment area. Your provider will insert the threads along the deep surface of the skin using a sharp needle or a cannula (blunt needle).
The discomfort associated with treatment is like the discomfort with most injectables, very minimal pain. The procedure takes between 15 to 20 minutes, and may be longer depending on your unique treatment plan.
Although there is some risk of bruising, there is minimal swelling and you should be able to return to work after leaving the office.

Aftercare
There is no significant downtime afterward, and patients often see visible improvement within days! We recommend you take it easy and avoid exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment.
